I came in for the recall. I told Damon I may consider an oil change and we discussed & agreed to the 225.00 service- rotate & balance. He said I’d get the complimentary car wash, which didn’t get done yet my car was ready for pick up at 11:30a. I told Damon that I wasn’t sure that the tires were even rotated since my husband had marked the tires and they were still in the same position. Damon said it’s all on camera & headed into the office, when he came out he didn’t offer to show me camera footage but instead went to get the mechanic to show me caulk markings, that didn’t convince me. About an hour after I left, I noticed that my system did not get reset after the oil change, so I later reset it myself. I expect more than from your dealership than feeling like I received a rushed job. ;(
