Pedro has excellent service. My new car has been in the shop 3 different times. Pedro has gone out of his way every time I have come in. He makes sure my car gets the parts needed, he has made great effort in accommodating my needs with a courtesy car, he gets me in on a timely manner, has paperwork ready for me. And he has made sure my car is properly cared for. I always request him when I need to go to Tom bell! He earns 5 stars!
This was not the first time Dan has assisted me with my tahoe. He has always kept me informed about my cars process. He has always been professional and knowledgeable.

Waited over 20 minutes to get checked in. Another 2 hours 45 minutes for the service to be completed.
When I arrived I felt so safe at Tom Bell during this covid-19 pandemic eveyone had masks on they were disinfecting they had inside seating safely distanced I felt very safe there during this time
My service was great I was greeted by my service guy Howard he took great care of me and car,also I was greeted like family at tom bell as usual by Dan.
