He explained my warranty on my certified Trax. Went above and beyond. Told me hold long it would take for my car to be serviced that day. safety check of my Trax front 2 tires need to be replaced as they are wearing dangerously close to exposing.
Also advised to call make appointment during the week to have the AC checked

The vehicle was not finished on time. During the transmission service, the technician broke some type of fitting and caused transmission fluid to spray over the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was being cleaned delaying the completion time. I was told that my vehicle was in the ‘wash bay’ and that two people were washing my vehicle to get it back to me as quickly as possible. I do not believe my vehicle was washed as promised. When it was delivered to me, there was water on the front of the vehicle but there was still transmission fluid on the hood, roof and windshield. The vehicle was not washed. When I got home I inspected the engine compartment and it looked like it had been cleaned but the mess on the outside of the vehicle was not cleaned or at least not cleaned properly.
Annette takes very good care of her customers. We have followed from Rotolo, and will continue to follow her to what ever dealership she works for.

I thought with having an appt, i wouldn't be waiting 2 hours for an oil change. This is the 1st time with any car having that long, is usually takes 30-45 max. What's the benefit of setting an appt
Damon is the man! As well as technician Ryan! On my way to the River, dead battery, got to the dealer with spare battery that barely worked, boat in tow, changed out battery in carport area and I was on my way!
No coffee or snacks . Water was warm

I was not pleased that my tires wasn’t rotated with an oil change as a courtesy. I been to other places where they did this free. I really don’t believe I will have anything else done to my vehicle with your establishment.
