Dan was great and provided excellent guidance. One lot attendant greeted me and corrected the day and year on my dashboard screen. However, another attendant brought my car to me and then tore off a paper on my key chain and also broke my key chain. No apology - just an Oh.
So far I am very satisfied. Annette is very professional and caring for her customers I had problem with my car last Friday and she didn’t hesitate once to help me. And the car is running well right now. Mechanic did very good job. This is why I keep coming back I trust everyone with my car at Tom Bell.

Dan was professional and detailed about the work being done on my Traverse. He explained pricing and kept me updated on any issues. He also provided me with a list of future services I should keep in mind. This is a huge help! That way I don't have any surprise issues that I was not expected for.
