I left my car there Friday to have a brake controller installed. I received one text that my new vehicle was in good hands. Later that day I received a call from my salesperson asking if I got the controller installed. I told him I have not heard from anybody all day so he was going to check. I called about 4 to 5 more times to find out about my vehicle without a return call from the representative. Once I got a hold of rep about 5:00pm they said my vehicle was not done ran into some kind of a programming issue and would have to bring it back monday. I was off work at 3:30 p.m. did not hear back from anybody till 5:00 p.m. I sat at my job for an hour and a half waiting. Brought the car back Monday and the work was completed in about 4 or 5 hours. That was a real inconvenience I feel like I was lied to.
Tried to take care of my issues, some fixed and some may have to come back for. Took care of me though thanks!
Skylar George called me right away and confirmed what was entered in the Kiosk information. Of course he gave some recommendations of service according to my mileage. But I declined any extra- I appreciate he didn’t put pressure on me about that. My car was completed in a very timely manner.
I must say my satisfaction began with Laquita. She was so welcoming and helpful when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up too. Thank you Chevy team for the great service.
They all made me feel like I was part of the family The job was well done I was very happy when I picked up my vehicle everything was just excellent He went over and beyond his work duties I would recommend Family and friends to get work done there They took care of my vehicle just like If it was his own I really appreciate the hard work that hea got done for me I am very satisfied

Everything was perfect EXCEPT; I got home and noticed that the valve covers for air on tires were not there.
I drive all the way back to have you put them on. The lady at the drive up area fixed it but acted like it was no big deal. She didn’t apologize or anything.
It made me worry about the quality of work this guy did. On my car. Do I need to worry about him leaving oil caps off or leaving nuts n bolts places??
