I had an appointment for an oil change on 12/15/20 with Tony Esposito as my service advisor. He was kind upon arrival. It seemed like they were on a busy schedule but Tony was very calm and helpful. Although he mentioned he was kinda new, he made sure to provide great service! Suggesting the winter package deal which was a great choice. I had left my vehicle overnight due to having electrical issues but Tony made sure to give me a call to get an update. When I picked it up the problem was resolved. Overall really pleased with customer service.

The vehicle is still having the same problems I took it in for. The same noises are being made. I need to bring it back in and hope that I would not have to pay another deductible for my warranty.

Customer service was a joke. My service adviser was terrible. Kofi ****makes promises to close a deal. I was promised a full tank of gas after I had to bring my truck to get serviced. Which I didn't cause. Bottom.line. I will not be referring you dealership to any of my friends. Any questions call me ****-****-xxxx

I choose this dealer ,( although I have another one near my home), because Tom bell has better reviews. And after my first visit, I completely satisfied, yes this place deserve the best review and Daniel is very trustable and helpful.
