Dan was awesome and very helpful. But when I went to pick up my car I had to wait a while as the other guy could not find my key. And when he finally brought it to me he had already taken off the plastic coverings from my seats and steering wheel which they usually do after they bring it out for safety precautions. Besides that I was very happy with the service that Dan gave me. He goes above and beyond to help the customer.

Mr. Burrus did an excellent job at making sure of explaining everything to me in detail. He also kept me informed about my truck during the service provided. As soon as my truck was completed I received a phone call from Mr Burrus informing me to pick up at my convenience. Overall I was pleased with the condition of my truck.

the service at Tom bell was fine, they did do what was supposed to be done. the only thing is that we were charged about $200 more than quoted over the phone. This was because they didn’t know the vehicle needed a different fluid than anticipated. The car was is a Chevy camero, not like I’m taking in a Honda. you’d think they would know about the car if you work at Chevy. This was a little frustrating. Also, we did cut it close to closing time which I get it, Everyone wants to go home when it’s time. when we dropped off the car they asked if we wanted a. Car wash. We said only if you have the time. well when we got the car back they were like were washing it for you it’ll be right out. Well... they didn’t wash it! They sprayed it down with the damn hose and called it a day. honestly we didn’t care about a car wash. We told them that. But if you’re going to do a job, do it right. So now, the car looks worse than it did taking it in. very annoying.
