1. Vehicle dropped off at 7:30 am and not ready till 6:15pm 2. I returned dans call about my breaks and he never returned my call 3. I was overcharged $89 for break inspection when it was due to a recall and my Breaks were never fixed or worked on. 4. Dan finally called me at 5:10 pm in a rush and said my vehicle should be ready now 5. I arrived at 5:30 pm and Dan was no where to be found. 6. Once I over paid for my truck I then had to wait another 40 minutes while the staff attempted to find my keys and truck. Total chaos at this point in the rain.

Great service I have to Malibu's a 2015 and 2018 and I will always get them served Ed Tom Bell Chevrolet Dan did a great job even though I had my car wash

Normally when I come to Tom Bell they do a complete check up on my car to let me know what might be needed to be taken care of tires brakes everything I know it was the day before a holiday but we got none of that I hope that’s not a change in your service I was disappointed to hear Misa wasn’t there anymore because he was absolutely wonderful thank you
