The car wasn’t returned when promised and when we got it back, it had shards of broken glass on the dashboard after the windshield was replaced. The car was left dirty by the employees and wasn’t even washed when returned back to us. After spending $1800+ I’d think atleast a wash would be included like they do at any other dealer.

The service techs were not able to identify the squeal the car makes when the car makes sharp turns.
