Went in fo rregular maintenance and front brakes. Told no more shuttle or complimentary uber. Fine got my own uber. Apparently the complimentary is only for white folks. The two customers waiting outside with me were given ubers. I would have accepted services on the follow up call but decline on principle. Will go elsewhere.
Was expensive to fix my car these last 3 dealer visits. Trying to buy a home and can’t afford a new card. Hope this car lasts and glad I had my issue finally fixed!

Carlos Lopez really looks after my 2013 Prius. Follows up with the mechanic that services are done and when the mechanic finds something else wrong with car Carlos calls me up and explains what is wrong.
Excellent service and speed of service
This was the 3rd time I brought my brand new car in for service and never received a cad wash. I called and left voicemail with Carlos in service and he never returned my call. I was very i satisfied seeing that I was charged a lot of money for my oil change service.
Why don't you offer the courtesy wash? No food or treats in waiting area.
