Well it was the first time having my car worked on at frontier from someone other than my dad and it was an easy process.
There was confusion with my car so it sat ready for an unknown time without me knowing while I was waiting. I came back three and a half hours after dropping it off to see what was going on and there was some confusion because it hadn’t been marked “complete.” I’ve had great experiences here in past though.
I was not completely satisfied with my service yesterday. I saw on the Toyota website the price match for tires. I brought the ad in and got the price match. Additionally, I spent a total of $1,300. I was told that my Hybrid Toyota battery needed to be replaced, as it was on red. I called around to other Toyota dealerships and Their prices for the same battery were significantly lower than frontier toyota. I asked my service provider for A price match, but he would not do it to me. Because I spent so much money, I asked for a bit of a discount to help me out. I just bought a house and I am struggling financially. I explained this to my service advisor but he stated that I could not get a discount because of the tire match. I would have been satisfied if Toyota considered my situation and the fact that I am a loyal customer.
Very friendly and accommodating
My car was ready an hour before the estimated time Alex gave me. Even check in was seamless. I noticed that another service advisor was helping with check in while Alex was with another customer which I thought was great and showed teamwork among them.
