Jack was fantastic. I felt like he was happy to spend as much time as needed with me but also, for my sake, wanted to get things done quickly. I’m sure he’s not the only great employee there but I plan to request him exclusively going forward. The technician did a fantastic job, too. Very thorough and very fast. When I finished paying, I wasn’t given any instructions about where to pick up my car. After a few minutes I had to ask a random employee. Even then I had to wait an additional twenty minutes for them to drive it up. Finally when the car arrived, no announcement was made to alert me. I had to go out and find my car on my own.
