Your dealership committed fraud and has multiple times to me and others I suspect. You tell me I need brakes every time I’m there. This time I got it checked out by another reputable company and no, my brakes are great, not even close to the measurements you stated. You guys have scammed me for brakes so many times it’s ridiculous! I’m going to expose you and seek an attorney too.

The employee told me I had a mail on the side of my tire and it was unable to be repaired. You could clearly see the mail was on top in the tread. But they still recommended me to get a new tire. I work for an automotive shop & they said just take it to a tire shop & get it repaired. The dealer is wrong. Sure enough it was $20 to repair the tire. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the Toyota service dept employee.
