Logan was amazing, helpful and communicated with me about my vehicle. However, I was the dealer for 3.5 hours for an oil change, inspection and .3 hour safety recall check. I checked in for a 7:50 appt at 7:56 at which my car was taken by a service tech. Logan let me know at 9:53a that my car had not yet even been started yet and he was going to ask to move it up in line. After sitting outside in view of the service bay, I finally saw my car get pulled in at 11:07, finally picking up shortly before 11:45 from the cashier. Again, Logan was AWESOME and very apologetic for the delay. However, the service was incredibly slow and disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s a scheduling system issue or what but why was I allowed to set a 7:50a appointment for my car not to hit the racks until shortly after 11? If I would have known that, I would have come at 11. Waste of my time to sit in the dealer for that long..

I am completely satisfied with Gus but not satisfied with the multi-point inspection of my truck. Today I learned how to inspect the cabin filter, out of curiosity. The filter was dirty, should have been brought to my attention to change. My inspection sheet says the filter was ok. I ordered a new cabin filter today.
