I remember why I gave not been at Frontier fir 2 years. People are no longer friendly, wait time is longer, and it’s just a pain that I was reminded of... I bought 4 new cars there but no more. You’re company is more about money and survey instead of actually caring about customers who spent A lot of money of new cars. I will never go back to Frontier ever again. Please do not send or contact me ever again.

Jack is efficient and courteous and also makes his customers feel like they matter. I drive from Palmdale to have service at Frontier, in a large part because of the excellent customer service given by Jack and his colleagues.
