Easy to schedule, Communication excellent, great to have a dedicated individual, ie. Dean, very helpful, car looked as if they may have polished the dash and vacuumed the carpet a little. Wait time minimal, car done when they said. Very nice experience.

Very little information given to me by the service advisor about the service done. Paper report is not enough. There was a seatbelt recall on my Toyota CHR. No chance to ask because the advisor needs to go for lunch. I don’t know if that is the way the service is done in Toyota Frontier, but I feel less important when I came to bring my car.
