Everyone was friendly and only drawback was having to wear my mask during my 2 hours there and nobody at the dealership made the Asian woman sitting at table reading never had to wear hers she sat down took of mask and read the entire 2 hours I was there with NO MASK so much for “MASKS REQUIRED INSIDE “

I purchased 5 services for my Rav 4. I used three and when I went in for my 4 th I was told the contract ran out one month ago. I know it was my own fault but I don’t drive that much and didn’t realize it had expired. It was very frustrating. Also it was not the service persons fault but I will never buy that again.
