I was not completely satisfied with the service provided by my service advisor. I feel she could have communicated better and been a little more focused and attentive. Overall, it was a good experience and I left feeling satisfied with the service I received.
3 hrs today for an oil change, unacceptable. Your rep who took care of me gave unsatisfactory customer service. She never came and told me what was holdings things up. She argued with me how long my car was there. Rude young lady. I wi not be bringing my car back there for service 50.00 for an oil change that took 3 hrs. No thanks. I made an appt for 9am and did not get out of there until noon. Good bye.
The technician was unable to replicate the problem I was having with my car. However, **** was very helpful and professional.
Jasmine greeted us and wrote up our service order. She was friendly and professional when explaining the service process. ????
My car did not receive what I have come to expect, the carwash.

maintenance in the car was not done according to the package that was bought with the brand new car. The car has 6800mi and no tire rotation nor multi inspection was done. When I left the dealer, I still had alarms on pressure gages.

The only thing I was disappointed about was that my dashboard was not cleaned
I had an appointment at 7:30a didn’t leave until about 9:00a, I received a text message from you guys around 7:51a if I had any questions just text that specific number. When asked how much longer at 8:15a, I didn’t get a Text Back until 8:40a saying “NOT MUCH LONGER”. Felt that was pretty unprofessional, being my first time coming to you guys because of the convenience. Staff was pretty nice though.
An hour and a half for an oil change seemed excessive. Especially considering I made an appointment. When I arrived, it was like they didn't know I was coming. And yet, I received so many emails and texts confirming my appointment. Seems like a missed opportunity there to greet me in a warm way. Not make me have to fill out a piece of paper for them to figure out who I am and why I am there. It's minor and it won't stop me from coming back - but wanted to provide that feedback.
Finally, I understand how surveys work. To tell me that the survey is important so that my rep can receive raises in the future was a major turn off. I didn't feel he had great customer service skills, so that just rubbed me the wrong way.
