Joanne is a very personable young woman. She does her job well. Joanne researched a part that I need replacing on my tailgate. She got the part number for me and let me know what it will cost to replace. She is an excellent employee.
Gabriel was a great Service Consultant. Excellent service he extended. He explained everything, in detail, what service does my vehicle needs. He didn't force me to have the service needed, but with his detailed explanation & importance of repair, he persuaded me to go ahead & availed all the repair serviced my car needs. With the almost $1,500 dollars I spent, I hope everything were taken care of & hopefully I will not regret bringing my ca to your dealership. It's my 1st tine having service in your dealership, since I just moved out from San Diego. Special thanks too to the Service Mgr., who accommodated my request for service, without appointment, since I really needed a service fur my car. That'great flexibility & great customer service. Jonathan was absolutely so helpful. I came in for an issue with my battery ,super worried and he made me feel at ease and explained everything. He also helped me with other small questions I had and it was definitely more of a learning experience. Jonathan was patient and glad to help. he definitely went out of his way to answer all my questions.
My husband forgot to ask for our aaa discount our rep said you guys would give an addl 10% is that correct

Eugene was very friendly and helpful. I’m just frustrated with my car. I’ve been in twice in 2 months for similar problem. Very frustrated that this problem wasn’t caught earlier. I’m not even sure if the problem is really fixed. I have a feeling I’ll be back in another month or so for the same problem. This was my 3rd Oddyssey and I think it will be my last.

Eugene provided excellent service. I had to get an assist from AAA to get to service because my car kept cutting out. I must have explained the situation to about four others who kept teller nag me to move my vehicle forward. I kept telling workers that I couldn’t that’s the problem. One of the women said I’d have to move it forward anyway. Like how? Eugene was the only one who listened. There was a problem with the battery harness. Eugene explained everything. If it weren’t for him, I probably would have been looking for another service center. And I’ve been going there since I bought the car there in 2012. Thank you, Eugene!
