They fixed my sun visor but, they are messed up too i was unhappy with that so, they gonna change again my vehicle when part is coming at the dealer shop. She’ll call me around next week. Thank you

I took my vehicle on Saturday October 5 and the person in charge didn’t want to do the service. He says I can’t leave my vehicle there. And that’s something I do all the time..I was not happy at all . My wife had to come back on Tuesday to have it service. I saw Your employees giving priority to where they make money. And mine you guys do the service for free. Because the guaranty. But your person was rude. Thanks B P Honda.

I ended up calling the BP Honda main number to get to the Service Dept. on 2 of my calls the phone wasn’t answered after about 20 rings. I called the 3rd time since I didn’t get a response to my text asking the status of my car for about 40 minutes. It also took at least 10 minutes for my car to be brought to the delivery area after all my paperwork with the Cashier had been completed Service advisor told me there was a computer issues in Service that prevent installation of the Infotainment system update (mine has crashed twice in 5 months). He suggested I go to another dealer (Honda World or Downey Honda) to get the update. Truthfully, I’m not impressed and good chance I’ll go to another dealer for my next service
