While I understand Toni was very busy he was also very demeaning. As a female I feel as tho he thought he could lie to my face and I would have no better sense then to check his work. There was a nail in my tire and I had an appt for a wheel/tire inspection. When I arrived for my appt at 4:40I was asked to wait to determine the damage to the tire and a possible solution to my air leak. After waiting an hour and a half I asked what the wait was for and how long I’d continue to be waiting. I was told by Toni the wait was due the the fact the tire had to be fully submerged in water to determine air bubble ext. Toni was extremely short with me constantly cutting off my sentences never allowing me to finish my thoughts.. when I asked to see the nail in the tire I was not surprised to notice my wheel was still dusty it very clearly had not been submerged by any means and when I asked to view the bucket he supposedly submerged my tire in I was shown and bone dry bucket. Clearly i was lied to and given the run around. I won’t be returning to Buena Park Honda
Wonderful service. Joanne took care of me through all the process and answered all my questions that needed to be answered. Thanks to Joanne my car is all fixed up and running!

Joanne was great and very helpful! The only thing you should pass on to the technicians who work on the vehicles is to put the headlights back to auto. I did not realize that they turned my headlights completely off. I was south bound on the 5 freeway around dusk. Two trucks flashed their high beams at me. One of the trucks was honking their horn while flashing their high beams. I thought “Wow impatient drivers.” Then I realized that my lights were not on. A Sheriff’s vehicle past me and did not pull me over. Whew! Lucky! I know my headlights were on auto before because I have been driving at night; and passing many CHP on the way down to Orange County. Overall the service was great! Thank you!

Andy did a great job he was polite and professional he also gave me good advice,not only that he answered all my questions and concerns about my vehicle I will definitely take my car back for service.

Eugene is very knowledgeable in his area; plus his costumer service is the best I’ve ever received since I had my first Car service by Honda, he really points the importance of keeping your car safe!
The service took more than 2.5 hours I was promised between 1 to 1.5 hours. No explanation given for the delay. Last service also I had the same issue.
she has such a great worker great attitude hopefully everyone is like her this is the first time that I met her and I really like it I like to give you 200% on her customer service and her attitude is really good look like she really care the customers and that's really important

Hello! Everyone was nice but Hugo wasn’t concerned that I was late to pick up my kids. Joanne went out of her way to offer to help me and he told her “no, let her wait, I’ll get to it.” That was sort of a bummer. Loved the mechanics. Loved the cashiers. Will always ask for Joanne!
