Hugo was great. He seems sincere with his recommendations. As for the technician that worked on my car, I'm not happy with. I brought the car in for an oil change which included a multi-point inspection and topping off of fluids if they're low. I had no windshield cleaning fluid left and none was put in which tells me that you guys are NOT doing the things you say you did to my car. It's hard to miss a completely empty container if you inspect things like you say you do. I left wondering if my oil was even changed or the rotor of my front brakes were even resurfaced as you indicated they were. It's unlikely that I will return for future service or recommend anyone to your dealership.
