Our Honda service man, Alex Luna, went out of his way for us after a phone call with us where we expressed our frustration for a piece of the car that had been removed at a previous visit and not returned to its original place. The piece then needed extra clips that were going to cost too much for our current financial situation. Alex then proceeded to have the piece put back on free of cost to us. This made us very happy and thankful to service our car with the Honda dealership.
