So I drive up at BP Honda at 4:43 as my young daughters is having issues starting her car. The first gentleman asks why I'm there and advises that they are sending everyone home to come back at 7am. As I sat in my car thinking of what I was going to do Eugene walks up and asks how he can help. I explained why I was there, my college student daughter has a 5:30am shift I won't be home if her car doesn't start. He immediately calmed my nerves. Had me take a seat while they inspected the battery. Within a 30 minutes our car was ready and washed. Eugene, my daughter and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Caring for an 88yr old mother at home, worried about this virus you have have lifted one less weight from my shoulder.
Gene did a good job in our recent visit to the dealer.
