My first visit to Honda pretty much ruined my day. Joanne was professional but very belittling in her way of speaking to me. Made me feel like I was begging for a service when all I wanted was maintenance on my car and a small fix that I was told wouldn’t be a big deal. Spoke to the service department manager but he also didn’t quite take ownership of the issue and blamed it to communication between departments at the dealership. Not very happy about the fact that this is the dealership that is so conveniently located between Home and my job. I really don’t want to ever go back and feel like I felt on Tuesday.

Eugene went above and beyond to help me feel welcome inside the dealership- he is a very personable, genuine man who took time to entertain my infant twins who were with me. He explained in detail the recall work that would be performed on my car, and answered all of my questions. He deserves recognition for his kindness and courteous, professional service.

Alex provided a great customer experience. He is very professional and I could tell he was genuine with his recommendations. One of my tires is close to needed replacement. He let me know of this and recommended the best option. He offered genuine advice.

My experience yesterday was much better compared to my previous maintenance visit early this year. I was even asked if I wanted my car washed which I would have requested. The console part is set to be delivered on 9/6 so I was told ( compared to the previous lady that said she ordered the console part and recorded that my console was repaired ( which was not). If you need more details please email me and I can provide more details of that staff asking to be rated a 10 on the survey and really not deserving of such high score because of poor service.
