Brian was excellent in helping me with my car corcerns. He made sure nothing was missed and I didn’t get overcharged on the repairs that my car required.
Tony Lagos was initially very helpful when he first initiated the service. I know he means well and wants to serve my needs well. My 2018 Accord Touring had only 3,000 miles and it was time to get an oil change and tire rotation. When they finished I was shown a piece of paper that everything was accomplished . When I left the dealership and I was not even 5 minutes away the oil lamp and wrench picture showed and tire pressure saying low showed. I got worried and had to cancel my appointment with my patient who I was scheduled to visit. I went back to the dealership and told them my problem. Lagos said I may have driven on the street with a nail. I responded by saying “after just a few minutes away ?” You would think that as a loyal customer ( my husband drives an Odyssey, this is my second Accord and both my kids have Civics)we should have given this kind of response” man let us check on it and we are sorry we failed to push the reset button. I went and reported to the service manager who was very cocky by accusing me right away when I was explaining to him and reprimanded me by saying I was yelling at him. That made me more upset being accused that way as I never intended to yell at him.. I am a 70 year old woman and I demand more respect than what this individual has demonstrated to me. He shouldn’t be in that position if he is that proud.i was very disappointed and told my family not to go back to Honda Buena Park which we have patronized for years. Look at our record in that establishment. Pls talk to your people how to do business properly and show respect to your customer s. Thank you. Tony suggested some additional routine maintenance for my 2015 fit. I was suspicious at first because I have had bad experiences with other non Honda mechanics. But the staff answered my follow up questions thoroughly and I was not really happy with how the car was sounding. It was running well but not quite as well as when I first got it. I figured it was worth following his suggestions and I'm glad I did. Car sounds and feels way better. Very happy with the results and polite service. Thanks
