This was a brand new van (2 weeks old) and we were told to return our rental car while we waited for a new part to come in but Greg and Gio ended up lining another rental up for us later in the week which we appreciated. Had that not happened, we wouldn’t have felt as good about it as it’s a brand new car.
Real professional, not robotic. Paid attention to my questions and concerns, impressed with his technical advice. Definitely “A class professional”
Brian was very professional in handling any matters with my car. Did an exceptional job keeping me updated through the texting feature you guys just implemented with your clients. Willing to listen to my concerns with the car and never making me feel as if what I was experiencing was all me. We bought our van as brand new and we found out that there’s an unexplained white paint on the trim by the passenger side that everyone from the dealership can’t explain. This is something that you would not expect from a brand new van. In fact this van has been returned to the dealership several times—- 2 days after buying it GPS did not work and then a few days later check engine message pop-up.
In the first place, dealership should have a process to ensure all of their vehicles were properly inspected at the time of delivery so that customer won’t experience unnecessary inconvenience of having to deal with all of these. Also, we don’t feel comfortable now with this unit, something might have been undisclosed to us when we bought this.
We bought a brand new unit to eliminate all the headaches and maintenance that a used unit has and this is just irritating, inconvenient and extra work on our end.
We don’t think we’ll ever purchase a unit from this dealership and we’ll not recommend this ever to our friends and family so they don’t experience the same hassle and headache.

Brian was kind and knowledgeable about the work that was done and need in the future. I appreciate the honest and caring approach.
