I had a bad experience w/ a first advisor, Joanne Martinez. I left the dealer without having serviced. And I called the service mgr Oscar, he took care of the situation so I was able to get my car serviced as what it was supposed to be.

i had an appointment but it took me almost an hour in line from the time I got my number to the time I reached my service advisor.
I have a problem, after the service my car is was not beeping and turning the lights on when I lock it.
