Mr. Novoa was polite and helpful, answering all of my questions easily and readily; he is obviously well versed on Honda's vehicles. Also, in my opinion he has the right personality for interacting with customers--friendly and polite without being overly formal.

Alex performed amazingly, as did the tech. When the tech spoke to me he mentioned a shortage of brake fluid and that I should have it serviced next time, but there was no mention as such on my service paperwork which would be useful and traceable.
