Hugo was extremely helpful and kind. And the guy who was checking cars in (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) was also super kind. I’ve never had a problem with customer service here, but these two gentlemen definitely killed it!! I’ll make sure to book with Hugo again!!
He is professional and informed us very well regarding the car maintenance.
I was satisfied with the service but forgot to give my coupons to Brian. I showed him after the fact and he was nice enough to have his manager adjust the amount due. I was only dissatisfied the total amount of my coupons were not applied even though the services I received qualified. Nevertheless, a good experience.

Even though I had to wait in line for 35 minutes, Dave listened to my complaint about the wait time and apologized. He stayed calm and focused on the car, offered me a ride home and a car wash which made me forget about the wait!

Super long wait ..no one answers phone ..i tried calling prior to make appointment but no one answered phone ..when i dropped off my car it took 30 min just to write up my car..then i waited for shuttle and after wait 1 hr & 30 min for shuttle..i got uber to take me home it took way to long for shuttle 0
