I am so grateful to Eugene McCoy for his amazing display of customer service and the efficiency of the repairs to my Honda. I purchased this car at Euguene’s location and thanks to him I will continue to recommend and use Buena Park Ho da. We were well taken care of and I feel satisfied 100%.

Giovanni was very helpful and kind and provided me with the status of my car throughout my visit. Giovanni was great; but I am unsatisfied with the time it took to have my vehicle serviced. It was estimated that it would take 1.5-2 hours and I was there waiting for over 4 hours (with a scheduled appointment).

Service Advisor and service experience on Saturday was great. But...we came to drop off vehicle Friday at 4:30 PM for repair Saturday and to talk with an advisor on what to do and discuss advertised coupons, but BP receptionist and service advisor would not talk to me and just said leave the car and keys. Not reasonable and not acceptable. I pointed to the Service Advisors desks and asked to talk with them as several were idle, but receptionist said no. I was forced to make an appointment for 11:40 Saturday morning. A very big waste of our time to come two days for an oil change! Is making us rethink if we want to choose BP Honda in the future.
