As usual received an excellent service from David Rosales. David is extremely courteous and experienced service representative. David listens and work hard to satisfy us and his other customers.
I brought my Clarity in for an exterior detail. There are a few scratches that are still visible. I left text messages to David, service rep, but did not get responses back. By the time I picked up the car, it was evening and an inspection of the detail was difficult. I notified David as soon as I saw the scratches remaining. Please contact me for further explanation.

Yes, I had no appointment....But I waited nearly 2 hours to get to the front of the line to start the service process. 2 fuckin hours!!! That is completely unacceptable and ludacrous. You need more staff to handle the volume. I will not be coming back to get my vehicle serviced here again.
