All was great until i got home then found the rear interior panels still removed. I was able to push wiring harness, that apparently was the problem(?),, But there was an extra panel that i could not find where to reinstall. I'll contact Joanne to reschedule. She was very helpful the first time!

I feel like that I did services that were not necessary. The information was not fully provided at the time of the service and I did trust the advisor. I feel that the advisor just was trying her best to raise the revenue from me.

The only negative was having to wait almost 2 hours for a battery. ..Tony was perfect but I work long hours and having to wait so long was a big inconvenience. ..

It took 1hr 45mins for them to finish with my oil change. No carwash done. Paper on floor and plastic on driver seat was just left by the person that drove my car to the pick up area. When I went to the cashier I was told I have to pay $46.00 when actually my oil change is part of the package. It happened because Eugene McCoy didn't fix it that way, he wants to charge me. I also asked Eugene if I buy a windshield wiper if they could put it on for me but he said they charge for it. What the heck, it that customer service? If you buy a windshield wiper at Pep Boys they will happily put it on for you but Honda can't? Wow!

I called and the lady who answered the phone said sure come on in but did not mention there was a VERY long line in the drive up line. I ended up coming in on her advice and waited ONE hour before the service rep checked my car in

I was completely devastated when I called in regarding a problem with my 2016 civic. When Hugo said I can drop it off, but it wouldn’t be worked on until the following morning I was quite sad. But I knew I had to get there before closing. Hugo told me to ask for him when I arrived. He was informed of my arrival. I will tell you, Hugo, could not have made me feel more at ease about the situation. The problem was resolved and he made sure I drove my car home that evening. I left feeling so blessed to have had such an encounter. Very professional & courteous.
