It took 3 hrs to have the oil change on my car. That's with an appointment. That's ridiculous.
David was pleasant and gave me constant updates on m car.

Was told in the past if I took a survey I would get a free brake fluid change doesn't seem right for an email that I reply to in the past asked why was told never received my survey we bought two CRVs from you back in 2016
Good customer service and satisfied with the service.
I was waiting for three hours for an oil change. I was more upset that my advisor was not giving me updates while the rest of the advisors kept communicating with their customers. I had to go ask for my car and look into the situation because no one was telling me what was going on. I just hope no one else has to ever wait that long, and I never want to wait three hours especially if the problem could’ve been solved quickly.
Amazing Service from beginning to End.,I will like to emphasize that Mr Eugene is a true professional he was on top of everything with great suggestion/recommendation that will assure that our vehicle will be optimal condition.
Pd: an oil leak was detected but I guess more time was required to find the location...we will need to reschedule to located and address that matter.

It was the least satisfied I have been visiting this location. My past experiences allowed me to have a dialogue about my vehicle to understand what types of repairs were truly needed over those that are not on a vehicle as old as mine. Today felt as though it was just a transaction, almost insulting the condition of my vehicle.
Perhaps this associate was simply by the book, but it was the least personal and more transactional as I have ever experienced.
