I was driving today on a heavy rain and the wiper that was just replace last feb 16 just pop out. I don’t know how to fix it so I still drive with a really blurred vission. I’m very disappointed with what happened considering the danger of driving without a wiper on a heavy rain. I hope this won’t happen again.
Every time l come or my mom to service a car she give us on outstanding service w/knowledge and kindness and also she is expert.I would give her 1000% satisfactory!!!

The review below is only for pre-service dates.
I have been coming to Buena Park Honda for the past several years to service to my cars and not one time was I quoted the same price for a particular service. It has been a habit of mine to call 2 or even 3 times just to confirm and write down all the prices and then confirm on the day of service before I agree to such work. It appears to me that your employees are not informed of your pricings for "standard" services (schedule a, a1, b, b1, b12 etc).
Also, with each online appointment I requested a call back to confirm pricings but have yet received one ever.
Furthermore, for the recent service on 2/18/19, I chatted with a rep. online on 2/14/19, and 2/15/19, and was told both times that someone will get in touch with me which also never happened.
David is very professional. Returned calls when he said he would. Explained everything in detail. Kept me informed as to the progress of my maintenance orders and services. And also kept on top of my remaining new car warranty and service warranty.
