Out of all my experiences at multiple Honda locations, I can definitely say that my service experience with Joanne has been the best. Her customer service is superb and amazing. I really appreciate the constant updates she sends along with the fast feedback when I have questions about my car. She also actively ensures to let me know and advise me on all the issues that needs to be fixed with my car. Without a doubt, she definitely cares about her customers and making their experience more convenient and enjoyable.

Hello, It was my first time going to Honda for a service appointment and Giovanni made it a great experience with excellent customer service. He was positive, polite, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He also made sure that I was comfortable and explained to me the process. Thank you!

We were called to inform us that the vehicle was ready to be picked up, however they dented the rear fender of the car and now it needs to be returned for repair work. Not very happy at all. We have been taking care to dealerships for 35 years and NEVER had this happen before.

Had to wait an additional 30 minutes on top of my appointment time. Original appointment time was 11:40, was there 10 minutes early, and wasn’t seen by a service advisor until 12:10. Same could be said about waiting for my car to be pulled up. Overall just slow and poor service all around.

Technicians were courtesy, friendly and efficient. My vehicle was serviced for a recall, completed and returned to me in a span of three hours. I would recommend their services to others.

Joanne was excellent. Followed through, answered my calls, accommodated special circumstances, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. ???????????????????? Hoped my car would be clean, the only thing I felt was unacceptable, a filthy car.......she did explain that to me, Understandable after her explanation, I did ask her to pass it along to her manager. My car is driving like a dream.
