You didn't fill up the washer fluid as I was told. 30 for tire rotation is way too much.
Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, follows up... all in all an excellent experience I had. Much better than the advisor I had last time when servicing the car.

Eugene's customer service was exceptional. Unfortunately he had to get an earful from me on this 3rd visit which has yet to fix a blinker light problem, but he handled it professionally sympathetic. I trust he will call me to follow up in two days as planned. Keep up good work Eugene!

Tony was very helpful and understanding I told him of my recent loss of my husband so he was kind enough to explained everything and kept saying he was there to make it easy for me. The only thing is he told it would take 2 hours but not sure if he forgot I was sitting in the waiting room and it took over 3 hours to get my car back.?
I am not interested in providing "feedback". I'm not interested in taking a survey. I am interested in resolving a dispute. I asked a simple question and I was not given the correct answer. This cost me a great deal of money. I would like Hugo or the manager address this issue.
