Best service I have gotten at Buena Park Honda thus far.
Your shuttle service is ridiculous, I had to wait over 1 hour to get a ride home. Then at 2 pm I am told my car is ready but again must wait over 2 hours to get picked up. I was told I would be picked up between 3 and 3:30 only to have to wait until 4:30pm, this is unacceptable! Now when I finally get to the dealership at close to 5pm after being told at 2pm that my car is ready I have to wait over 30 minutes for my car to be brought to me, again unacceptable! What in the world is going on at Buena Park Honda? And to top it off the repair you did now causes my horn to honk when I go over bumps, that is a load of crap. I need to have this fixed without the aggravation of having to wait, wait, wait because I have already waited. If you are serious about good customer service and wanting to be a top dealership then Buena Park Honda will make this right, I await to receive your response.

2 weeks ago went to the dealer Bp Honda to do the oil and battery change on my car, today April 22 find out that the mechanic do not replace the battery, was unable to go to school, lost a day, and Bp Honda lost credibility, don’t know if I’m going back to buy cars or do the service on my car.
Joanne Martínez is a very nice employee she always has an answer to all my questions she's willing to make recommendation and good advice above recommended repairs she always greets me with a friendly smile she's very polite and professional

This time around took too long. I was told 1.5 hrs at the most (just like previous times). I will he servicing my car elsewhere.
Thank you for getting everything done so quickly! The only thing I have to criticize is that when i got there i waited over 30 mins to get someone to come over and asked me about everything. I had made an appointment at 10:40 am and got help around 11:20 am. It would be nice if they go by the time of appointments.
