I had to wait five hours for one oil change. What is the point of making an appointment if it takes five hours? Will never come back to Buena Park Honda as long as I live. I will avoid the 91 freeway in an effort to avoid even seen the Buena Park Honda sign.

This is the second time coming in, and will be my last time too. Came in by appointment for just an oil change and the service representative told me due to high volume of air bag recall it will take 2 hours. After 1 1/2 hour all staff went for lunch and they had a lunch part (was never about airbag recalls). I could see my car sitting in the shop for 2 1/2 hours and long story short, it took me 4 hours for a simple oil change with appointment. So take a day off if you need to go in.

I waited 1/2 hr to have service and I had an appointment. Then I waited 20 minutes after the car had been serviced for my car to be given to me.
