Joanne is simply the best! She’s the only reason I got to BPH to get service!
I made an appointment for 1 pm, with the recall letter telling me it would take thirty minutes. I figured with paperwork and delays, I would be out at 2, 2:30 tops. But cars appeared to be taken in order, regardless of if an appointment was made. So they said it would be until 4:30. So I wondered what’s the point of making an appointment. And then when it was over, at 4, I went to the valet to get my car, and the person just straight up disappeared. Maybe she died, I don’t know. Finally the guy who was in charge, I think was mr Tran, checked up on me since he saw I was still there thirty minutes after I signed the paperwork, and he got my car in about three minutes. Look, I don’t really want to be contacted, and the guy seemed really professional. To make the experience better, when the appointment is made, you should let people know the window of time it would take, and when the valet goes to get the car, there should be some system with a person at the front letting people know if there is some kind of hang up.
