The total price for the 2 services I requested was a little over $52 dollars.Eugene helped to expedite the service after we informed him that our Knott’s Berry Farm visit was not going to last longer than he originally anticipated. My car was serviced within a half hour from the time we returned to the dealership.!I would definitely request his services the next time we come in.

The car is a corporate lease and there was a screw in the tire. This should have been of no charge but was informed that I had to pay for the repair. We spoke to company cars and was informed that we will be reimbursed because the repair is included and we should not have been billed. I wish that the service dept was trained to understand that the CVA lease covers the said repairs. Helpful Honda employees should be well informed in order to really be helpful...just saying.

I greatly appreciate Joanne Martinez she went above and beyond. Ordering a loaner car while our car was in the shop. She kept constant communication with us through out the entire process. I look forward to coming back to Buena Park Honda if I have any further needs so that I can get the great customer service I was provided this time.
