Raul really helped me with everything I needed with my car service. The best part is that I didn’t know Raul had my car delivered to my house. Once they completed my recall on my car they delivered it to me. Raul best customer service.

After driving my ca? back home I've notice that my brake padle was back to almost the same problem, just a tad better, maybe 40% better.after paying $1900.00 this is not acceptable.please advice.....

Annette is doing all she can. Her hands are tied by the manufacturer all the issues I’ve had been all manufacturer issues and we still have one that’s been here for since April 2022 when I bought the truck from day one and they still can’t figure it out she’s telling me that it should be figured out hopefully by the Middle of this month or sometime in the fourth quarter

I have taken my car back to Ken Grody about every 6 months since I purchased in 2016. They have been excellent every time, even through their renovations and Covid. I trust them for knowing how to take care of what my car needs to be safe on the road. All the service managers have been thoughtful to my needs. Annette helped me this trip and in the past. She knows how to service customers, which is so appreciated. She even got me a trip home after drop off so I didn’t have to try and get an Urber. Congrats to Annette and Ken Grody for their customer service
