The main problem for which I took the car to the repair service has not been fixed. I have been charged $ 1000 for the service + about $ 600 for the parts. A shame, I'm going to make a claim.

Living just 14 miles from the dealership places me just outside the $20 LYFT limit for pick up on drop off. My fares were $23 and $26 return and drop off respectively. Why not refund the first $20 of the ride? Uncertain why if you are over $20 you get nothing. This seems unfair. The service itself was excellent, thank you! Sincerely, David Patrick Hankey, Ph.D.

I was able to get a morning appointment. I was kept informed as to the progress of the repairs to my car. Much to my surprise everything was covered by the warranty, yeah! Very polite customer service ????

Great customer service with no nonsense advice and honest feedback. Also there was no hard sell on extra services that aren’t needed. Craig is an awesome service advisor and made the whole process smooth and worry free!

Good. Jack (service mgr) was great. Customer waiting room was very nice. Diagnosised and updated software on car computer without asking was great. Great job cleaning my car after servicing. Bad. Car sat on lift for an hour with no one working on it. I was told on the phone the transmission fluid change included replacing the filter but it was not replaced.
