Craig is my new favorite agent. I’ve had him twice in a row now and he always looks through my history to see if I need each part of the scheduled maintenance and now I had an issue that he looked to see if the part had ever been replaced in the past. It made me more confident in my decision. He also takes the time to understand my specific needs regarding transportation and timing. A complete 180 from the agent who helped me with my recent recall replacement. Good hire!
Efficient, professional and timely
I’m very glad to see that the manager Doron Pomeranetz and his team took an ownership of the sunroof issue of my car I had. Mr. Don Thomas did a great job for replacing it within a few hours but days. It has been 2 days so far without any problems. Thank you!
An excellent job as always
Everything was great about the service except for the fact that, yes, I drove my car in and the fuel light had just popped on, but what was not ok was getting it back saying
"5 miles" left.
That was a bit tacky.

Dept. closer but I prefer the personal service
at City. The technicians and service advisors
are very good and courteous. Hopefully soon
