My 2005 Touareg was towed to City VW dealership a week ago. It was returned to me today like brand new! Jack Daniels and his team did excellent work on my car! Jack Daniels and his team provide incredible customer support. They make you feel safe and guide you through the process with honesty. Jack Daniels' integrity makes you trust him and his service. I trust him with my cars (he has worked on 3 VW for us) and hence my family's safety.

First impressions are everything. I was excited to buy a brand new car to eliminate the stress of my old car not starting. The first day of starting my new car it didn’t turn on and that completely ruined the excitement and confidence of buying a new car. I need to feel like what I am buying is 100% reliable and not leaving me on the street. I feel like the battery being replaced is an issue easily resolveable within a dealership and poor attention on the managers part. I’m happy to have the car but I’m still upset that it was sold with a weak battery. I deserve more than a promise because at the end of the day I am paying for a new car, not for something that will leave me stranded.
