The time that it took for my oil change was really good . However . I mentioned to Edgar that my engine light was on . I recently took my car to Autozone to see what the problem was with the check engine . And they gave me numbers for it. Maybe I wasn’t clear enough . But I kindly asked if they can diagnose and potential give me a quote on what’s the parts price and the labor fees for this problem to get fixed so I can budget and have an idea on when and how much I need so I can bring my Chevy back in. He told me that they weren’t able to do this without me paying 150 dollars for a fee . Which sounds alil ridiculous . Only reason I’m mentioning this . Is this past year I took my Chevy in for an oil change and the gentlemen i dealt with . I don’t remember his name . Saw that my engine light was on for a diff problem . And got it taken care of . And told me that day what was wrong and kindly asked if I wanted to get it fixed or order the part that day . Edgar was nice . But I was confused on why something so simple from them checking my check engine light . And telling me what part I need and how much the cost would be . Just wanted some info and a quote . So I can potentially get my car fixed within the near future . Sincerely - Tyler

Jillian was my service rep. She was outstanding. She introduced herself, and quickly made herself known to me that she would have my car serviced, and answer any questions that I might have. I was delighted in the way she approached my concerns about vechicle. I do believe that a two hour wait is excessive for a 20,000 mile inspection. I do hope that my next service will not have such an extensive wait. I do not believe Alex was responsible for the wait, I imagine the service department was overbooked.

He is coustomer focused and seems to have a great repor with the folks that perform quality workmanship behind the sene in the shop. I have visited several dealerships across the USA and his personalized professional coustomer service he provides will encourage my next purchase to be made in the location he chooses to work in. I know a sales person will be involved in my next purchase, however my trust in Michael to take care of the safety and the dependability of my vehicle will rest with the trust I have with Michael Kennedy’s oversite.
