I really enjoyed my experience working with Alex today. He was friendly and attentive to my questions. The problem was fixed the same day. He updated me throughout the day on the progress. I was extremely satisfied with his attitude and due diligence. Alex stayed until 6:15 When i was able pick up my truck Thanks again.

My only comment is to let you know that I do not have an internet connected phone so the message sent to me regarding the timing of my service was not received nor read until I signed in on my laptop computer at home.

I’m happy with the Mechanical work. I have been coming to City Chevrolet for over 20 yrs, even for a simple oil change and I appreciate that my truck has just passed 200,000 thanks to City. I used to know every mechanic and parts servicemen by first name. My only complaint is that after today’s service there was grease and dirt smeared on the door handles and floor mats from hands and feet. It never used to be like that. It would be nice to treat a vehicle as if it was their own vehicle. That’s the only “bummer” I have to now clean the cab the way it was pre-service.
Jillian was very cheerful, helpful, and attentive. She’s the third service manager that has taken care of me at City Chevrolet. Just like her colleagues, brought a high level of professionalism as well as being personable. City Chevrolet truly makes me feel like I’m part of the Chevy family. What a great experience. It’s hard to believe this is the same service dept the last time I was here. Jillian was professional and courteous. I especially liked the text messages. However I did not like the call I got from Sirius when all I wanted was an oil change.
