I took My 2015 Challenger Hellcat in for repair on Friday and never got a call from anyone to give me a status on the repairs. I called Monday and was told the my rep wasn’t there and they would have someone call me in the morning. Tuesday never received that call. I called Tuesday and was told the my rep was still not in and someone would call me the next morning. Never got that call. Did get a text telling me my car would be ready later that day. Went to pick up the car and the rep wasn’t available. I was given the key with no info on the work done and told that I would be emailed the receipt. Never got the emai. Very poor communication and customer service.

I live in Atlanta and travel to Charlotte frequently for work. This was my third trip to your dealership for help with my Jeep (2 service issues and one for a part). Each time has been incredible from a customer service perspective. I made up my mind today that when I decide to purchase my next Jeep I will be doing that at your dealership.
