Rick was very courteous and accomodating. I appreciate the friendlyservice. One negative thing … I was anticipaying a free car wash; but I found out that Villa Ford has eliminated that feature. It is a reason why I came to Villa Fordfoor many years!!

Both my wife and I feel so fortunate that we have such a great service dealership like Villa Ford to take care of our vehicle when needed. Time after time, your service has been awesome. The day did not start as well as I have hoped and expected from Villa Ford but Rick Justus turned it around. His focus was to make things favorable for me, Villa Ford’s customer. The other service advisor could learn from Rick. Please thank Rick for me.
