Carlos was great at communicating the status of my vehicle and he knew my vehicle and my concerns as if it was the only vehicle in his care. But of course, I’m sure he was handling hundreds of vehicles simultaneously. Carlos was very professional and made the experience excellent.

Joel was absolutely wonderful. He’s was very welcoming and he’s what I call a “personal person”. He doesn’t just talk about things that are going on with your car but just kinda wanna know how your day is going for example he asked me about my lunch. How was that place and did I enjoy it? He was just a really cool guy.
